Museum Education Consortium
The Museum Education Consortium of Western New York has collaborated with a number of local organizations to link to each org's websites and listings of educational programs. There are links to the Albright Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo Zoo, Buffalo & Erie County Historical Society, Botanical Gardens, Theodore Roosevelt Inagural Site, Burchfield Penney Art Center, Naval & Military Museum and the Buffalo Science Center.

The Arts and Sciences Libraries at the University at Buffalo has posted a page of resources for Earth Day this year. Included are the history, global climate change, biodiversity, Love Canal information and links to Internet resources on the topic.

Here's a nice site on Ladybugs. There are links to a webquest on ladybugs and also some printable pages. Unfortunately, the link to the lessons section is broken, but a lot of the other links are useful.

The University of California at Berkeley has a really nice site on insects called City Bugs. There's a teachers corner on the site, which has some nice lesson ideas.
